We often wonder why it can be the last week in September and the pool still is a frequent activity. If you live in our wonderful state of Arizona what else are you going to do if you want to be out side and not boil to death. It was a nice September day at 107 degrees so we went swimming! It was a nice change for the usual 117 we had been experiencing for who knows how long.

Our last lake trip of the year.

Warren took off work on Thursday to do a final Lake run this year. We took His friend Scott and his girl friend. It was a perfect Lake day. We got there around 10am and there was only 10 cars in the parking lot! The water was smooth and the day was overcast. Yay! for no direct sun. The kids had a blast in the tube and on the beach. Warren is getting really excited to teach Hunter to water ski. I just hope that goes well when the time comes. I just love spending time with my little family and getting out of the house. And now some photos from our trip. Of course I am not in any of them. I assure you I was there. I am just always behind the camera...

We planted 5 fruit trees in the last year. I was outside playing with the kids the other day and I noticed some fruit! I am so proud of my hubby the "gardener". He really has transformed our yard. I love him!

To say my mother in law draws is an understatement. SHE IS AMAZING! These are the two pictures she has done for me. I wanted one of each of my kids at age one. Every time i look at these they just make me smile.

Christmas is on the brain...

I have been doing tons of Christmas perusing online and have found so many cute things for the kiddos and the fam. But then I got a bit side tract and found what I want for christmas.

Or just a mommy job well done gift. Ha! Like anyone gets those.
