Our vacation.

I dropped the kiddos off in Tucson for a fun filled weekend with Warren's parents on Thursday afternoon. I just want to mention that this was the first time i have been apart from them since they were handed to me in the hospital. Crazy right! As I drove away I started to tear up...my babies... but I knew that I needed some quality time with the hubbs.

Friday -We woke up at 10am! Such beautiful sleep! We went to Mill ave and strolled (without a stroller ;] ) up and down looking at the shops and eating at five guys. Best burger ever! Not to mention they have a soda machine that has 10 flavors of sprite! Crazy i know!

We then were waiting for our movie to start and came across a carmeled apple shop! My favorite! We bought a few and headed to see TRON. Not bad. We had not been to see a movie in the theater in over a year. Later on that evening we had dinner at the Wrigley Mansion. YUM! We parked in the wrong parking lot so we ended up walking half a mile to the restaurant. Did i mention i was wearing 6 INCH heals at the time. Oh we had a laugh over that. one. It wouldn't of been so bad if the path weren't made out of layered flagstone. eek...but i never fell thanks to y strong husband.

Saturday - I had never been to the Renaissance Festival and it happened to be in town so we headed out there around 10:30. Traffic was crazy so it took us a while to get there but we made it. We saw some funny shows, shopped around and ate yummy food. They sold giant turkey legs.

Gondola ride!

GREAT food!

These three are so talented! their names are
Small, Medium, and Large.

Ded Bob show. Oh bob...

The Tournament! What a fight!

The Winner!

On Sunday we did not do much. Warren got sick from something he ate at the festival so we laid low for the day. We then drove back down to Tucson to pick up our munchkins and snuggle them up. Boy did we miss them.
