My crazy life...

I would just like to thank my parents, my grandmother and my mother in law. They have all taken their turns helping me take care of Hunter while i healed. I took almost one month before i was able to even carry him with out severe pain by the end of the day. I am so lucky to have had such a great support group and a wonderful husband to help in the middle of the night (thank you sweet heart).

In the midst of recovering from surgery we have been trying to buy a home. Can i just say NIGHTMARE!! We figured we would be able to find a home that met our requirements and just move right in. Oh how we were wrong. Most of the decent homes that are for sell are short sells (which in all actuality should be called the FOR EVER LONG SELL!!). We have waited and waited to hear back from the offer we put in on a house and guess what, we have heard NOTHING! I just wish we had better luck but then we are having. We have resulted on buying a home from a HUMAN or at least that is what our Realtor calls it. It needs quite a bit of renovation but on the bright side i get to redesign a brand new kitchen and bath rooms. It will be fun to do a project together. (I hope!)

To top it all off our landlord wants us out by the end of October because she is afraid that the house will be vacant over the Holidays after we buy a home. So we have also been packing every waking minute we have that is not spend out home searching or baby watching or recovering from surgery. Oh yes count your many blessings i keep telling my self. I just hope our home offer goes through or we might be homeless for the Holidays.

Luckily we have a friend who has a home here in Arizona that is their second home. They live in California. They are letting us live there until our house closes escrow fro the same rent we pay now. They are so kind.

Sorry for the long venting session but i just needed to get it off my chest. Man stress is a killer. Well that is all for now. I will post news as soon as we hear something.

Meg that is so exciting you found a house. I am so sorry to hear that your recovery was so tough. I'm just glad you had some help. When do you know for sure if the house is yours? Any clue when you'll be moving? Where is this house located? I am soooo excited to see it all done.

Congrats Meggers!! Buying a home is bumloads of stress...and moving is just as hard yet fun at the same time because you realize that the space is YOURS...you own every hole in the wall...every squeaky door, each and every single dead bug carcass, every weed...YOURS! lol We love you both and wish you luck!! Can't wait to see your new place!!
