Over labor day weekend we decided to escape the record high HOT weather and travel to cooler weather. Bear Lake seamed like the perfect spot. (thanks to our friends Cameron and Corynn for going up a day early to hold a spot for us!) We also went with our good friends Cary and Christina. We all had so much fun watching the kids get dirty and all 4! yes 4 dogs run crazy around trees and our camping chairs. Here are a few pics thanks to Corynn. (my camera is still on the frits.)

Oh yeah Warren climbed a tree to hang a tarp to shelter us from the
rain. Surprise, surprise....if you know Warren then you know he
offered to be the one to climb the tree. And that is Cameron with the
pole trying to SKEWER him if he fell. Ha! Cam not funny!

Did you really drive up to Bear Lake?!
I love camping with kids. It's fun to watch them enjoy nature so freely. I however hate getting dirty, smelling like camp fire and ALL the wildlife.
